oh and this is very much a first draft. i intend on improving from here on what you all suggest.

the bathroom concept is kinda tired... plus since they are both male figures it appears you are calling men liars... losing the text is always good for threadless and finally its very simplistic... maybe you should work on a new concept instead of spending time with this one... threadless really looks for context and solid design... this is very simplistic, which isnt always bad but you might want to consider something new

try showing just many things that signify lies, not necessarily on people, some flaming pants, a long nose, but by themselves. and detailed.

ok so i want to make a scene with a guy in his underpants with a long nose watching his pants on fire. this is the pants.

maybe a guy wearing the pants as they are on fire??...i'm not sure but, i do liek where you are goin with this ver 2 much better
