I'd like to see the stapler without the sketched shading. Sort of have them contrast each other. Solid red-ish shapes next to your beautiful illustration. Does that idea make sense?

And lets see it on a shirt too!

thanks you two, i'm still working on blending it into the shirt more and maybe adding an Initech-type building in the background.

I realized there's no tee color for the light brown in v1. So here it is on brown with background and shadows.

Loving the drawing, but I'm not sure that the burning background is necessary? Also, maybe soften it up a little by lessening the contrast in the squirrel's fir, ie making the white more of a light brown. Just a thought.

i like v2's background much better, the burning background seems a little bit off. and i agree with mcspuddy, the squirrel's fur is full of contrast and it might look better with less contrast. but i like the design, it made me laugh (:

Are you getting the reference to office space and the burning office building though?

If people aren't getting it i may just go with v2.

maybe because im from mexico and dont get the joke but as a illo its just great id give you 5$ instantly but yes i dont think the background fits quite well

I love the burning building, but there is a problem with the building being burnt. His stapler is burnt in the fire because Peter digs it up at the end and says he knows someone who would want it.
