This is a pretty cool snowflake radial design. I rather like your color selection too. I'd consider playing around with the color of the t-shirt. It might look really nice on creme. :] Just a suggestion though!

Still uncertain about the pacman ghosts. Am thinking of replacing with cupcakes, ice cream cones or dinosaurs.
