I can really only see it being printed on cream or white t, but I'm happy to take any suggestions.



I would also really want this on a V neck. but we'll see if that's possible. Any other critiques loved. :]

Lots of colors on this, although you could do with flatter shades which would still work well. I'd also lose the text. Try making the first-to-be-hit ball look a little more miserable and you're fixed without the text.

This is great, really like it.



If I was to make any changes I'd just suggest seeing how it looked with a different colouring technique but what you've done is working pretty well.

I love it! The only thing I can think of as far as critique goes is that the coloring looks a tad bit messy. So perhaps clean it up a bit around the edges, unless that was the look that you're going for.

I was going for a vintage CMYK coloring style. Perhaps a closeup of the image would help

Love the design. The only thing I find odd is the shadow of the boy, it looks more like a hole...I think I might be the only one who thinks that, but just my input.

maybe if the shadow were lighter? Or a cast shadow?

This looks really great! Something about the boy's left foot seems a bit off, though. Maybe try putting in a bit more of a heel, or drawing a line to signify the heel.



I agree that something could be done with the shadow. Maybe see how the image looks if you remove the shadow entirely.

I love the idea and the execution! it looks great and unique. peacock is perfect already, probably touch up the person a little bit, something look a bit odd at there. Overall it's awesome and almost ready for submission!

Edit: I added in detail lines to the extended foot, and changed the shadow from a drop shadow to a cast shadow. Also added a close up of the coloring style

It's an interesting design and your use of space, line, and color is done well. My eye constantly moves around. The shadows wear the legs meet the jeans is a little odd for me. Great design!

I'm with ziem83 though about the shadow on the legs, it's looking a little hairy. haha.

I like the modified shadow. The shape is a lot better, but is there any way you could make it look more hand-drawn to match the rest of the design?



Also, maybe add some subtle colour to the boy's skin?

lovely! I'm glad his leg doesn't weirdly hairy anymore :P

Nice updates; the shadow looks much better. Maybe just lighten it a little so that the darker dots don't stand out as much.



Also, I'd consider filling in the gaps in the outline on the boy's leg, shorts, and arm.



Other than that, I'd say it's ready to submit. It looks fantastic on the cream shirt.

I'd ike to note smthg. First his arms look not like fully flat, doesn't give the feeling of difficulty of standing on his arms a little bit.

And the thing about the colors, suppose more than 8 colours is essential here, so it is possible to make it through a simulated process like on the other shirts that was printed.

I am often a fan of the half tone because it offers vintage comic book feel. You're going to hate this but, I don't know if the half tone works that well here. I think I would prefer to see this as a very clean and smooth design. I think you could also find ways to emphasize the curvilinear rhythms in the peacocks tail because that tail is really what this design is all about.

I think this works pretty well as it is, I like it. I agree that the hands don't really look like they're pressed against the ground supporting the whole weight of the body, but other than that I'd send it in. I'd just make it a teeeny tad smaller and move it just a smidgen towards the center.

This is gorgeous! I like the cream. Not V neck. The black would look cool with flock.

Thanks for all the detailed critiques guys! It's great to have all this input, and I have tweaked a few things and I put it in the running. Unfortunately there are a few things I wasn't willing to compromise about the design, and I hope it goes over well anyway! Thanks for all the help!
