You got the idea. Dont think you can do much with the image but work with the font and placement of the words. looks cool though.

ok, took me a while to get it (even if I' a huge Mario fan and sleep with a teddy-Yoshi... ok, maybe I'm telling a little too much about my personal life here... Note to self: stop doing it!)
Considering you're going with the propaganda idea I think font and text placement work great. I'd play aroun a little bit with the colors, just to keep up with the concept... a sand or natural tee with sepia art would look awesome IMO...
