more detail? its hard to tell its an arcade if i didnt know it was for this contest good luck!

hmmmm....seems pretty simple, not much going on. I hate to ask but...um...what's the point of the design? Most good designs have a point, unless they are simply abstract. And this isn't abstract enough.

really? Nuts. I could use a hard outline for the game cabinet I guess.

guns and video games are the new american way, that's the message behind it. I guess it's too subtle. I don't like making points that easily define my stance on a subject.

ok, I mean, I guess it's good you're sticking to your guns but if you asked 100 people what this was even about, 95% would probably go "Um...I don't know. Guns I guess."



Try doing more than just copying the gun 3 times too. Switch it up. The design is pretty static and boring right now.

Oh, and considering that a gun is a part of this game, I think your stretching for making this mean anything

I think the meaning is better read for those that don't know the arcade cabinet is supposed to specifically be the BIG BUCK cabinet. And I'm willing to bend, I was just explaining my thoughts as I made the design, not explaining why I refuse to change it ;)



I'll play around with the guns as stripes for sure.



Do you folks think it lacks an element, does it need something else?



And are you likeing the focal point being centered on the chest and the rest of the design running off to the side?

changed the outline on the gaming cabinet to make it more readable and added seperate elements into the "stripes" area.

I've also created a generic game cabinet (since the one in the design is the big buck version)



mayhaps a more generic one will help decipher the element better?

if you want to say something about guns and video games, you have to separate them as elements. using a shotgun and a game that uses a shotgun ties them together, and makes this seem a comment about hunting video games. a point about hunting video games is not likely to get printed.



try having a gun aimed at someone playing a video game?



or stick with this theme and just have a toothless redneck playing DeerHunter. lols
