I like the second one better. What if you put a face or somthing on the red umbrella to show you like rain? something showing it does not mind the rain? or put shadow ppl under the blue umbrellas and a happy looking person just holding the red umbrella to the side standing in rain?

For some reason I'm not liking the pointy-ness of the red umbrella otherwise it looks good

I like the rain splash on this one more. The dotted line matches the clouds. Very nice.

I'm not sure if it's my monitor but I notice a difference in the color of the top clouds from v8 to v9. I prefer the cloud colors in v8, the darker clouds balance off the bright yellow of the umbrella. If you changed the color of the clouds to lessen the number of colors in the overall picture then I don't think it makes a huge difference, if not I prefer the darker clouds. In v9 I like the dotted line showing the rain falling down and hitting the umbrella. Overall it looks great!

The outer clouds were the same color. It was just because they were sitting on a lighter part of the shirt. But, great suggestion anyways. Here is another version with the outer clouds a little darker.

Personally I prefer the dotted line rain, I think it matches the clouds better and the splashes are cuter, or maybe more obvious. Anyway I love it lots. Great work!

2.69 is not totally bad but I don't think it wil print after a year.
If yoiu want to resubmit you have to give it a new sirection or add much more detail and stuff.

I definitely see room for improvement. Maybe increasing the depth of the umbrellas, maybe add sad faces to the dark ones, maybe a hint of sidewalk and buildings. Not too sure how I feel about the rain looking different from the cloud style.
