It's feet look like wheels. The rice looks fuzzy. The panda itself is just shapes...the mouth isn't even filled in all the way.

I think it's a cheezy spin-off of a cliche slogan... and there's a possibility it could be taken offensively. Not strong enough to be printed here, in my opinion.

Basic shapes and stupid slogans does not a good t-shirt make.
