I feel like there could be more details on the jellyfish, but I love the idea. Maybe make the tentacles (right word?) more unique and individual?

Hide and seek

I would like to see the jellyfish be in the shape of a donut.. I think that would really help get the image across, and perhaps put some sort of glazing on the top, so on the one had you definitely have a donut, and the other a jellyfish, rather than a jellyfish with a donut tat..

I really like the idea, but everyone has said what i was thinking. I really like the idea of turning the jellyfish into the shape of the donut.

Thanks for the comment! And as stated before by MR Productions and Rdsjewel, I agree, make the jellyfish itself into a donut! It would really incorporate the 'donut' aspect of this into the design more, because the only reason this design has anything to do with donuts at the moment is the random one sort of sitting on top of the jellyfish (sorry if I sound harsh, I really don't mean it!) I also like the idea of making the tentacles look a little more random, it could make the jelly look a little more lifelike :) Awesome start!

version 2.. I've turned the jellyfish head into a donut and added some bubbles to give the "underwater" effect.. kinda.. lol anyhoo, let me know what you all think :)

oh and i also changed the tenticles to be more random :)

I like the pink one the best.

Showing a bit more donut in the upper end of the hole would make it a bit thicker. And maybe addign some shadow on a fiew of the arms would give it more 3d look.

love it! my only critique would be to make the tentacles a little more squiggly and more 3Dish kinna like what Fonus^ said. but other than that, it's ready. composition, placement, color choice...all workin for me.

this version is a lot better! drop the shadow below the donut so the tentacles and donut look like one creature. Very cool!

I would definitely go with the pink jelly donut. You might trade the bubbles for fish or some other water indicator; fish? I don't know. It's pretty good as it is. Good Luck!

Just out of curiosity, do I need to change the image to just show the pink t-shirt if I want to push it through, or can I change the image during that process?

I really love the concept witty ;)! As far as the colors I'm leaning towards the pink.



My only suggestion with the design would be considering having a few longer strands that fall down lower on the t, make the bottom edge of the illustration have a bit more variation and not be so even.

Maybe try to put some kind of glow around it? It looks a bit odd just by itself on the tee. Great improvement from the last time I saw this

I like the idea; simple, and a little strange.



But, to be honest, I think there is still more work needed to become outstanding:

The drawing of the tentacles doesn´t convince me; I dont like the way, they came out of the donut. Looks very 2-dimensional. And They look a little placed at random.

Same for the bubbles – I would completely remove them.

Normally I like light pastel colors, combined with a filigree drawing. But your shapes are rather contrasty, so I would at least use a darker outline or shadow.

The blue-version looks 3-colored, so I doubt on the need of 5 different shading colors.

And I would place the donut on top of the breast, not at the bottom…



But I don´t want to alienate you, it seems as if you´ve already hitten lot´s of peoples liking!

Wow, you've really improved from the first design. I really like the the lines on the tentacles, but may try fattening some of the hair thin ones. One thing I noticed was how the doughnut cast a (gray) shadow as though it was proximate to a flat surface, which it is not. Just eliminate the shadow; I guess the tentacles cast one too, so rid of them as well.



You may want try-out turquoise as a background, it should make the colors pop out more. You can see an example of that on that shoe design I did.



I agree with Komek on the colors, instead of using that light blue for the bubbles use one of the light pinks you already used. Maybe saturate your colors a little more and place the design on a pink-ish shirt, using even less colors! This all goes with sayong that I think you should stick with a pink design.



I like the bubbles, but mess around with placement. There's one little guy that went astray near the tentacles, it looks more like a print error than it does a bubble.



... just try different things until you think it looks right.

I love the idea. I might suggest adjusting the tentacles. They look a little separated from the doughnut. Maybe have some coming out of the edge more, near the middle of the doughnut.

ok thought i'd test it having it on a pink shirt with the bubbles pink too.. also shown on the blue shirt :)

I was looking at the bitemark and thought; what if you gave it a bit more angle. Making it look like the bite came straight from the side...
