I think the idea isn't extremely interesting but you could make it interesting with an awesome drawing,imo. So you need to do a lot of refining and maybe find a funny style. Those feet are really bad, make different feet for each character.

The illustration of the ear is terrible. Improve it.

tongue could use some work as well...

loose the black box. and the ears look like butterflies. but i like the neon colors. and i love the eye. if you did this and changed the feet - 5
