Normally I'd say it would be really hard to make concept art look good on a shirt, but you've done an amazing job. This is executed really nicely, the guy's right shoulder and left forearm is a bit wonky but otherwise everything looks awesome. Your lighting especially kicks ass. I'd say tweak those couple small things, sub it and see how it does!
