I have been thinking about making an anti-Twilight shirt for a while, and this is the best idea I came up with. It is somewhat rough, and I am still playing with color and the exact drawing style I want to use. I obviously want to avoid any copyright problems by making the faces kind of vague.



Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Very clever. "Edward" in the background looking sullen while his girl is stolen by a hard-core real vampire is awesome. Not sure about the font, but I like the illustrative style.

The type needs to be more sinister. Otherwise very cool concept. Also try on a dark shirt, but if you do, change the colors so it does not fade into the black.

I would go for a detailed sort of shirt for this sort of thing but whatever works for you.

Shouldn't his fangs be where fangs are though as opposed to in the middle? I think you should use a more extravigand font, something along the lines of Fette Farankfurt maybe.

I like the off register colour.

The fangs are in the middle because its a "nosferatu" vampire, not a Bela Lugusi type. Thats for your comments I am still working on the type.

Very funny. What if you had her arm coming up in front around him as if she was snuggling a little closer to him. Good play on the new vampire movies as opposed to the older ones. Very creative.

I changed the twilight vamp and added the girls hand in this version.

I feel like this is a worn-out subject. Vampires. Especially Twilight vampires.



But, besides that...and you still want to pursue it... I think the design as a whole looks too "clip-arty", and the hand is in the wrong angle, and there needs to be something more conveyed in Nosferatu's face.

He has rabbit teeth... Vampires have vampire teeth. Incisors.

(As it says in the title)

That's supposed to be Nosferatu, in which case the teeth are accurate.

"Clip art" ouch. Not sure what to say to that.



I thought about changing the vamp to dracula, since he is more familliar, but there are so many drac shirts I tried something different.



I would like to work on the drawing a bit more but unfortunatly someone has submitted a suspiciously similar idea, so I think I need to wrap it up soon.



I will change the hand. What angle do you think the hand should be at? Should I rotate it so the fingers are more toward the left?

cool idea. I would probably try to convey the message in a way that did not require the text.

I was thinking about dropping the text... Not sure it would work though.

I would keep the text to save the meaning...maybe add one or two bats flying next to the text to make it more include inside your design

Like the red shirt the best and the hand draws her into him. I think the text is ok. Not sure how you would do it without the text. Maybe have the younger vampire crying. Like it so far.

i think it's great. i love the style, but for some reason the font seems off to me. i can't put my finger on why it seems out of place. regardless great job!

Work on the text a bit, it doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the design. Maybe if they had an outline and off centered color as well...
