Obviously this very much in progress. I'm going to redraw the sun and the people, finish the buildings and make them all one or two colors, and add texture, etc. BUT before I go too much farther, I'd love some feedback. So what do you think? Thanks!

Why is the sun still look like he's thinking really hard when he has solved the maze already?

@Iellwen, It's mostly kind of a cool scene, I hope. But there is animplied notion of letting something positive (in this case the sunshine) fill you up.



Any ideas on how to give this a bit more direction? Perhaps if the guy is saying "start"?

I like the thinking sun. Maybe have him not-done-yet?

I like the idea of him not being done yet to that's a cool looking sun.

Also, I feel the maze should some how not cross through from arms to torso, and leg to leg. Not sure if I'm saying right. I would like it even more if the I could imagine the mazeman walking and the maze still be doable.

I gave you a needs work, but I really like it so far.

@Dee Jay: I like the idea of it being a puzzle you can solve, too. Just not sure how- I mean I could do UV ink for the sun and the line, etc., but I think yellow would look weird.



Maybe the Sun, but he's using a non-yellow pen?

I think a much more interesting concept would be if the "maze" was the sun having to work its way through the buildings to get to the man.



This obviously would require a significant rework, but I think it could make for a much more interesting read of your concept.



then again, I may be insane.
