Everything about this is rough. What do you think of the idea? Any suggestions are appreciated.

I don't think the idea of "identity" is conveyed well through a piece of paper with ones and zeros. I don't know how you could do it, though.

His left arm is elongated to far, left leg is to straight (to blocky) and seems to be long for his other leg. Plus, his hand maybe should show knuckles instead of all wrist. (just what I see from first notice)

haha, really geeky. Identity matrices... I enjoy the concept but I think that you need to do a lot of work on the design itself. It is, as you said, really, really rough.
