Looks like.. a toy store uniform or something. I can see what you mean with the ranking stripes though.

Maybe make the stripes wrap around the back and come around front? Not necessarily in a straight line, either. It'd be more for the eyes.

An OD green color version would be nice. Besides that... I like it. I'm reminded of the Planet Express T-shirts.
