Greetings, I haven't subbed like anything in a looong time so be gentle. Came across an unusual picture of Spock smiling and the line came to me and I felt it was great tee material.

Might be! Can't think of anything helpful - you could do more shading and highlights, play with the type style but it might not add much to the joke. A starfield background on a darker blue shirt? It is plain and kind of is what it is cause the picture you based on is pretty old news. Not even sure if it would make it up for scoring as it may not be enough of a parody to get past the copyright issue. But try it, ya might get more comments.

I think it needs to be parodied more - something like this is a good example - spock

@Murray, dude, those links ain't working for me. I did sub a parodied Star Trek tee ages ago and it did really well. Got printed on Go Ape but CBS served a cease and desist. Guess the same may happen to this, damn you Shatner!

Threadless will decline it because of the text. Make the design reflect what the text says so you can eliminate the text.
