This is so cool.. and I can't figure out what I would possibly change.. I hate to just leave a comment without anything helpful on it but this is gona be one of those lol, this is fantastic!

first off, is that Casablanca? awesome. second i'd try to mesh the "night" and the "day" more... stylistically that is. the "day" is real sketchy and that's cool but the "night" is very solid forms, which again, is cool. but i feel the two should blend more. really nice concept though.

oo, i really would love to have this shirt! maybe just add a glow on the big screen so that it looks more like its really projecting something. other than that, it looks so great!

The idea is that the day is the future, and it's closed and in bad shape. The night is in it's heyday. I'll rework a few things I think.

This is great! I love the night (the day just gets me depressed...)

I agree with MetalCioffi. it would be neat if the daytime scene was more refined, so that it was something you could wear on its own without needing the glow effect.

also, for the final submission, perhaps make the "click for day" button more visible. It's gray on gray on my screen, (i.e. hard to see), and your presentation should be as fool proof as possible.

I really like where this is going, the glow effect makes it look like the ghosts of the past kinda thing.

Maybe it could use some more details like the old school radios you put into the cars or some watchers on some swings or something in front.



Also maybe you could make the left and right of the design less so obviously cropped.

Changed a few things, admittedly the glow ink is integral, and day doesn't work without night. And vice-versa

And thanks for the comments thus far, they've helped focus on what I want to get across.

i just love this, can't really think of anything to change...

Sub it and it's a sure print. Very effective . the only minor quibble is that it should maybe have something to suggest some kind of nostalgia, just an inkling when it's daytime ( perhaps an old poster floating around saying playing tonight Casablanca or what have you)

Wow, stellar concept, another sure-print! Fantastic use of the glow-ink.



Agree with Ivantobealone though. An old, 40's-style derelict car in the foreground might look cool and add some nostalgia to the daytime design and also hint at the night-time theme, although maybe you wanted to keep it as a total surprise?

Actually, I like Ivan's idea of the old Casablanca movie poster but the only problem is it would be too small to make out given the scale.

If you add more it will be icing on the cake. It's going to get a great score from me when this is subbed.

ohhhh, sick. I love it.

Ugh, this is such a good idea that it actually hurts. Perfect use of glow in the dark ink.



Ivan's idea is good, but you don't have to be limited to more recognizable things like movie posters and such. Things like film reels, an outhouse, a abandoned foodshack, etc. Solidifying some of the line art early on will probably help. Either way, this is awesome.
