Thankyou! I kinda' didn't want to sub to threadless, I was going to put on my site and sell it myself, but a friend of mine said it's Threadless style, so... I thought I'd just put up for critique, and see if people'd buy it. It doesn't seem to be doing to well, lol. I'm not particularly looking for ways to fix it, people, but if you've got some STRONG compositional advice, I'll consider it. Never hurts!

Thanks for the comment! This is cute, but there was a shirt somewhat similar to this with a hynea saying LOL, so I'm not sure if people would mark you down for that or not? I like the idea though, it's cool

I don't see anything big that could changed with this one, but I do think it could be slightly smaller on the shirt, like scaling it down from the top left to the lower right. If it doesn't make it, DEFINITELY print it yourself!! It's cool.

this is quite cool. you could change the 'lol' to 'Grrr!' which if done the same way would retain the humour, and be different from that other one.

Hmmm, appreciate everyone's input here. I hope to get more, but in the end, I think I'll print this myself. I have a few more ideas I want to put to use here that will work here. So yeah, I really don't want to change the "LOL", though, Dex. The idea was a tiger laughing, so "Grr" doesn't give the same concept. But I do think you're right, changing that would make it safer, lol.
But yeah, I don't think I'ma' sub this here. But it's cool, because then I get to keep the rights! Haha! |

Looks cool. I'm not a fan of the color choice, but looks cool anyway. Also, i think i prefer it without the 'LOL' like in V1 :)

it's been mentioned. And no, it hasn't been done. So back off. If you took the short time to read a lil' before, you'd see that someone already mentioned it, and that I wasn't going to sub to Threadless. Also, it's not even the same thing. Yeah, sure, it's a wild animal personified with "LOL". But mine's a tiger, completely different style, and it's actually doing the "lol" ing. Jeez you ARE really negative and condenscending, it ISN'T just other people that think so.

Hardly. Most of the time I don't like the color orange, but you pull of the right space on the shirt to make it wearable, plus the use of halftones is tasteful here. I'd wear it $5 Good luck. |

The problem is that the mentality that "its been done" probably prevails with a good amount of threadless voters. If that Hyena in the "already done version" had its mouth open like this, it would be soo many times better. For the mouth alone, this is better.

Aww, I didn't mean to discourage you to the point that you wouldn't submit it at all! I would at least try, if it doesn't make it, then you print it yourself! If I saw this in a store I would def buy it! I love tigers(see my little icon thingy? Yeah!)! So I say sub it and see what happens!

Hmmm... we'll see... I don't know, lol! Check out those stats in the top right corner, man! They're TERRIBLE! 10 don't subs, 5 "needs work", and only 1 measly "sub this"! I don't think it'll work out here, but I will alert you when I get the printing starting!

Forget the stats, I usually base it on the strength of the comments alone! IMO, its not a T-shirt that I would normally wear. HOWEVER, I do think it is cool looking and you should try and sub it to Threadless...why not? If they reject it then print it yourself! I don't think much can be done to it. I can't say that it has been done before (I'm a newbie still) but I think its cool! Besides...anything in orange is totally radical! ;-) Thanks for your comments - always enjoy reading your feedback! I like the idea of this.. but I would like to see a bit more depth maybe with some contrast adjustment... Maybe make the tiger head a shade or two darker from the "lol"... The fade on both of the subjects throws me off a bit for soe reason...
