i accidentally hit delete and apparently there is no catch when you hit delete critique to check 'are you sure?' so v1 was lost.

Really cute.:) You don't need the words--it def speaks for itself. He needs arms or at least one and it doesn't even need to be attached. On the ground is fine.

and instead of the flower beside him, can it be growing on him or out of a rusted hole?

I know you really like the words but agree with the others.

I also like charity.ryan's idea about the flower placement

being more in contact with the bot.



I really like it though.

Keep the current flower and just add another one on him, maybe in a different color? :)

I liked the words where they were. I like your subtle compromise but prefer the former. Maybe it doesn't 'need' it but I don't think it detracts from it in any way.



Love the flower in the robot, that's killer.



I say use your own discretion with the typography, but overall it's good to go.

yeah i will probably put up one more version with the text back. does he need arms or any sort of obvious function? I kind of liked that he was this ambiguous little bot with no real purpose except maybe getting around, which he isn't doing, but maybe he should have an obvious purpose? thoughts?

V2 is way better than this one imo. The text should be removed and left as it was in V2. The purple flower could be given a earthy color instead, maybe creme? You could add some mushrooms around the robot, it might give it more character. The left foot could be fixed up bit, the parts could be left intact but you could like some destroyed wiring perhaps. Overall, it's a great looking design.

I like the muchroom idea. If you do change the color o the flower, change it to pink or yellow. And as mentioned many times, loose the text.



Maybe you could add some roots growing our of his holes :D?

I think you have to stick with the colors in the submission kit...

I like this color tee. (I assume it's from the kit?) It works very well to keep the background city subtle. And I'd like the text that was on him to come back, but not as clean as it appeared in v4.

I like the lazybot text :) One thing though, I think the robot is a little to big and to centered. Anyone think the same?

I personally think too many shadows on something spoils it a bit. I think your backdrop and the shading on the actual figure is enough depth. :)
