I intend to make the underground bones even more subtle, but in the color transition (CMYK to RGB) I didn't account for the shift, so I'll continue to play with the tones to make it work.

Oh wow. Very cool. The underground dinosaur skeleton thing has been done, but I think you've put a really nice twist on it. There are a few minor things I might change. The background vegetation, especially on the left side, looks kind of jagged and weird. Maybe try to make that look a little smoother and more natural. The underground splatters just aren't working for me. I do think there needs to be some other stuff down there, but I'd lean more towards some unobtrusive rocks and clods of dirt. As for the skeleton, I think I'd make the neck longer and the head a little smaller, and separate the front foot from the back leg a little more, either by actually moving one of the legs, or just by adding some shadows under the front foot. I can see it fine on the detail view, but on the t-shirt that foot and the back leg are running together.

Great idea, though. I'm looking forward to the next version.

Im not too sure about the style of the house though... its a little too flat, maybe.. it still works.. but i just feel its a little plain.. also the roof gets lost in the shirt color...

This is awesome! my only advice would be to maybe add a few spinal projections ("pickets") underground, so that you see a gradual change from bone to picket back to bone.

Looks great! If you haven't already subbed it, my only critique would be that the back front leg (er...that would be the front leg that's in the background) looks bigger than the foreground front leg. That might just be because the one in front is folded up, though.

put some "picket" looking spines on his back underground, to show the gradual change.....

and

fix the front leg in the background, even if its not bent like the foreground, its still seems a bit too large...

agree with above two comments particularly abou the back front leg.

otherwise i think it's a pretty great design - really clever idea - the subtle changes you've made over the versions have really made a lot of difference.
