I'm liking the concept, but if at all possible use detailed riders...or at least deatailed silhouettes. Jockies perhaps.

Also, the nearest bear needs some work on its mouth. Looks odd.

Cool idea, but yeah, you need a lot more detail. The middle bear's bit doesns't seem to be in his mouth...
