cool design but i'm not quite sure i get the concept. i like the guy at the bottom a lot, although if hes holding a piece of the wall that fell off it should maybe be more jagged on the edges.

thanks for the comment amills, he is supposed to be holding the dot on the eye. i tried to make that more noticeable by making him stare at that area. if anybody has a better way to possibly make that more noticeable i am all ears.
the shirt is supposed to represent life, when s#!t goes wrong u got to pick up the pieces and move on no matter how rough it is. and make sure u have protection, such as an umbrella.

I think you should have more falling debris. I like this idea though.

btw chris i agree i am going to probably make it look like some more pieces of life are falling down. not sure exactly how i will render it yet but lets hope somebody can piggyback off that comment. thanks again for the critique.

cool. I like your odd little characters. Personally I'd like to see alittle more color...

I'd take the stroke off the letters engraved in the wall to make it look more like the damage just below it.

if i take the stroke off amd try and make it look more like the damage should i also make all the lines horizontal?

I dig it, but what if instead of having the word life super prominent like it is, it was spelled out by chunks of wall that had fallen off. Then on the ground at the base of the wall you could have a small pile of debris.

I like it, I do agree about the debree he is picking up, that it should be more jagged.

dversdzn has a good idea about chunks falling off the wall so the space left behind spells life.
You could also make the letters themselves more broken up and have pieces falling and piled up already fallen.
One piece bouncing off the umbrella would really get the "protection" idea across.

i thought too about the piece bouncing off the umbrella, and i like the idea about life being spelled out of the broken wall, the colours and style and idea i really good, i think by adding those little extras it'll be a real contender. (thanks for commenting on mine btw)

I don't think you actually need the text "LIFE". If the fallen wall spells it out for you it's just unnecessary text which doesn't go over well in the design-voting process. I think it will be a great design if the person knows it says something but has to stop and look again.

^ That's a a good idea. Have some intact/partially intact letters on the ground.

I also think those letters should looks a bit more glossy...like they're fragile. Lastly the character's expression looks a bit odd. Maybe some work on his eye or something.

It's ALOT better, but I still think you don't need any text at all. If he was sitting on a different color floor, the pieces of the wall would be the yellow color of the shirt--and what remained would would be enough to see it spells Life. That's just what I think though.:)

something about the text looks wrong, maybe it´s the typo or the big spaces between the letters.
The wall and floor also needs shadows.
Why is the umbrella? Brokes the umbrella too
