Uploaded a new version with more ideas. Probably need to work out some of the text stuff a bit better. Your thoughts?

This could definitely be shortened to fitting on just one side of the shirt. I don't mean shrinking the whole image, just shortening the bundle. Also, rather than having a standard bald eagle but with pink feathers, what if he had a mohawk, or something reminiscent of rock?

Sorry, forgot to change the comments. Anyway, I changed the colour, brought it all to the front, and added a pick into the eagle's mouth. I think this is an improvement... anymore thoughts?

LOVE. IT! All I would say suggest is maybe a sky blue shirt so you feel like you're really seeing it majestically soaring there!!!

Sweet! Change the tee color to blue and add some background with clouds and stuff and I'll reckon it will look more awesome!

Don't think it needs text. The illustration speaks for itself. Not on this blue tho. At first i thought, "Hmmm...the eagle is lacking a little in detail". Then i saw the yellow tee version and the grey pops out from it. Probably stay with tee colours that will suit the grey on the eagle. Submit for me!

I have to agree about taking the text off and just let the illustration speak for itself. I would also say try to make that pick pop more but not sure what color combo you would use for that.

not to be picky.. but the highlights on the bird wings look weird. i think a lighter shade of grey would be better?

Nice idea, but the baby towel makes it sweet while the eagle and rock are stronger symbols.

Cool idea. Like some other people have mentioned, I can't really tell what he's holding in his beak. Is that a guitar pick? I think Agrimony is dead-on about making the wing highlights gray instead of blue. You also might consider making the clouds a lighter version of the background color (for this royal blue shirt, you could use that light blue) instead of bright white, so that they recede into the background a little more. And you might want to think about having some very simple small silhouettes of storks carrying their normal cargo in the background to emphasize the joke. If I didn't know the title, I'm not sure I would have immediately made the connection. Might be just me, though.

Ooh I like the ideas of the storks. Glad the highlights are looking better... does the pick look better? I don't want it to look like a tongue, but I wanted to emphasize the rock element. But I could just ditch it altogether.

put some more rock stuff in the bag, (some drumsticks falling form it, a slash hat, etc) make it more interesting
