the art is great, the background could use some work.i don't really get what wooden whale boats has to do with forest. the placement is kind of boring too, i think you should put one of them on the back. try it on a different colored t-shirt as well

neil- the trees are there to give it a prespective. Maybe they don't work?!? The placement will actually be the whole front of the shirt. I'll try a different color shirt. As for the back, I put something on the back of a couple of recent shirts. Though they scored well, that's about it...lol. So I'm beginning to think that may not be such a good idea...

I love the illo! I think that the placement is too square, it makes it clash with the fluidity of the drawing. The bottom part of the trees could stand to be a bit more faded, more delicate. I would also try it on either a mustard or heather gray tee. It;s very nearly done though

Very awesome. I love the background and the three different creatures. The placement is good, but are the waves going to get cut off? Maybe make it smaller so it all fits?

love this...this is an amazing illustration. i love the swirls so much better than the trees/sky....this way its up to he imagination as to whether they are in water or air. i personally dont see any changes or improvements. good luck!

this is some weird shit, i really really like it. i dont know if this would make it better, hard to say without seeing it, but maybe if u could interact with the whales, maybe have some of the background cover a portion of the tail or swirl around part of the body or something.

all i can say is wow. love the textures and the background design. The details are great and love the idea behind the ships. Reminds me of Robin Hobb's Liveship Trilogy. Don't know whether you've read it or not. Hope you get printed. This is a $5 from me!
