Hahaha this is SO design!! I love it so im a little unsure how you did this but i think if you just did this in illustrator and did something like an image of the layer selected and thats the layer colour then i think you could play with the layer colours. but if this is a drawing that you made to look like vectors then i think you could adjust the colours. maybe play with it. make it green and what not. I think the pen is a bit too big though. but when you think about it the pen tool creates vectors and you have the pen too away from the vector point that is being adjusted. just trying to make sense of it!

but seriously ignore the negativity of my comment and think of it as constructive criticism because this is going to be a $5 shirt!! I love it!

this is not a screencap, i've created the outlines and then added the squares. the color is pure cyan, but i can change it in a click, so your comments are wellcome. I think the pen is too big too, but it's "fly-size" :)

I've tried to make the frog simpler but it doesn't works... It doesn't give that "3D" feeling.

wow excelent! very clever, dont make the frog simpler, (Itll make you look like your not quite as good) although the pen tool has some white in it and its not quite as pixilated.

ahahah... anyway, thanks for your comment, i will try to remove some of the lines that mess up the tongue and some different colors, a darker blue i think

i get the pen now! What about trying to make the fly vectorized aswell? this is an amazing drawing by the way. well done. id still suggest tryig it out in different colours because that way you can market it on different coloured t-shirts! Well done agein $5

the pen/fly is vectorized, but i prefer it in squares, because it's perfecly the same as the real pen tool. i've also tried to rotate it by 45° counterclockwise but it doesn't work as this one

I like it , simple and clever! I think the presentation might hurt it, you don't necessarily have to do a wowzers flash presentation, but something neater and more cohesive. maybe on a real tee and no white. I would also choose another color besides sand for the shirt. Anyway, good job!

V3. I've added one different color scheme and removed some lines to make the frog pop out a bit more. i've removed also some internal lines to avoid to mess up whit the tongue.

I think this will be the final version. wich color do you prefer?

I like the design a lot, but I think it needs a new title, lol. It's a little *too* explanatory. :P



I especially like the frog with the dark blue paths, vs all brown or the old bright blue. Overall, it's simple but effective.

Agree with Linds, just call it 'Vector Frog' or something. And I think the "fly" needs to be put a little further to the tip of the tongue so that it's more visible.. Looks epic though! :D
