I had this idea before my (rainbowhead) one which is also in critique. I'm still keen to do the rainbowhead theme somehow which is why I have subbed this as a completely different idea - even though they are both afro hair designs.

So please make any suggestions and let me know what you think. :)

OMG I'm such a dumb ass - I had that title in my head and then I started doing the rainbow head one I have going at the mo - then I went back to this golf idea and forgot that title! But thanks for the title MotoTrain - goin to check yours out now!

This is good stuff! Do you think maybe you'd rather print this in olive green? Or different maybe brighter colors for the design itself? The sand looks a little too golden for my taste.

AFRO broccoli

Im not sure about the sand. it looks too liquid. i don't think you need the "color halfton" filter on it around the edges though. you could just simply make a dark green border around it.



as a title.. hm.... i can't think of anything now that i read afro turf. i say go with that one.

you should make this a sketchy drawing, maybe print it out and trace it with a grungy style than scan it and add color and fix it up in photoshop
