Good idea lol, this is cute! I would add some scales, and gills like some people have advised already, I would also add some detail to the fishes' tails, maybe give them a few lines like fins have. Otherwise this is great, I like it :)

I rather like this. It has a sort of Dr. Seuss feel to it. I think it needs a little something else. Maybe a landscape or a background or some other object.
