I think it needs more depth. It's too flat and that makes it look to simple. It looks like it might be an attempt to make it look like a crazy warning sign, but if that's the case it needs to look more like one of those signs. I am talking about the "no smoking" or "High Voltage" kind of signs. It's a funny concept.

Umm.. Remove the solid line around the beer..
