The face is scary

hmmm...is it 'cause of the nose and mouth? :S yeahhh. totally had problems with that

face is a little creepy more mouth then nose I say rework that a bit first

I like the colors and I like the design. I almost want to say scrap the person. Maybe keep the sun glasses and some how incorporate them alone?



If you really want a person I'd say make it a girl and make her look like Patrick Nagel's work. Look him up if you don't know who he is - it's worth it! He's amazing!



Girls are more appealing to both guys and girls.

i kind of don't want to turn the guy into a girl now xD but it seems that his face is pretty unappealing, so I think I'll work on the nose + mouth...

I think if you got rid of the teeth, or just simplified them (as in, not drawing each single tooth), it might be less scary. I found that drawing teeth often made my drawings look scary xD

Or, I just thought of this, but maybe you could try like an invisible man thing? You don't draw the face but just the sunnies and clothes.



But yeah, I love the colour scheme, and I think if you worked on the face, this'll look awesome :)

jaja his face made me laugh a lot ithink hes fine but i dont know about the background its confussing it kinda make you focus on the background and not on the character itself, also you could check your colours to really look retro

Yeah i like this better, the face is a little less scary. now maybe if the background was outlined in black as well or somehow tied together better to the character. The teeth are still a smidgen scary

i think you should remove some of the elements you have already in it and put something more groovy to make it more retro looking, the shapes on the background does really nothing for the design, a rero style wig perhaps, a mirror ball etc.

added skin colour + scary teeth and got rid of the background for now. I need a new element - but what? heeelp :S

look better than the previous, the lines look a little too "computery" for my taste

much better than previous, lines r fine for me.. maybe one more color for shadows wud give it some much needed depth..

ok i've come to realize that the title for this tee is totally inappropriate. it's not retro or anything AT ALL. so please ignore xD it's just supposed to be sort of...indie + colourful i guess? yeah i don't know...



anyways this version is somewhat different from the last few...i decided to take a risk and see what would happen xD

I think this is your best version yet! However....my eye goes directly that purple criss cross shape. Maybe tone that down with either color, or adding in a less distracting shape altogether. Just a thought

i really like the colors in this version a lot better, but i did like how in the other versions you hav more detail in the person. Great design though

looks good ry placing it on a real tee these templates really never give justice to the artist :)

i miss the outlines

I love the newest version! Personally, if you're looking to add something, I'd consider rendering out a bandana pattern in pure white. It would give it some depth but not mess with the color pallet, which is awesome!

I prefer the alternative colours.

The upper arm of the guy looks strange, as if glued to its body, do you see what I mean?

There should be a black space on this area.

Try bringing some detail back into the guy's face and clothing. The hafltone on the scarf isn't quite working for me, but if you use a bright color (like the yellow you have for the glasses) to draw out the nose, hairline, folds in the scarf, etc. that might really make it pop.

i liked v3 more, but if u prefer this way, i wud maybe suggest many silhouettes all bigger than the previous one.. different colors for all.. you know.. to fill up the shirt.. good luck
