The surfer powers through the curl knotted Celtic wave... interlaced with the infinite line...



Was kicking about in my sketch book and a thought I'd give it a go up here to see what you think... have also been working on colour versions with just a wave... your thoughts would be most appreciated!

Its a little hard to see what is going on to begin with, what if the surfer and his board where a different colour, or maybe make the wave blue. Its hard to separate out the board from the rest of the lines.

Ooh, intricate.. I'd like to see the coloured versions you're working on, and perhaps more definition to the surfer (his left arm seems to devolve into a tentacle!). I like the placement on the tee though, nicely done!

I like this a lot, but color would help define what we are looking at better. Make the waves blue, color him and his shorts I'd say.

I like it a lot. I think a bit colour would help, but too much colour would ruin the design. So, maybe just colour the board lines and give the dude some pants. In that way you better see the difference between him and the wave.

i think you shouldn't use a black tee for this design.

try using more colors as suggested ^^ above.

just try some different blue-ish colors for the wave form.

when the surfer guys touches the wave with his right hand, you could distort the wave form, that could look cool..

As above - use a colored tee not black. I wouldn't make the waves a completely different color but a tone darker or lighter in the same palette. The surfer dude needs a little work - face, hands & feet. But concept is great so keep on it.

Its OK, Perhaps a blue colour scheme would make it feel more like a wave?

i agree with hairy toes. I think you should change the waves to blue and also add the surfer back into the barrel. I like the waves!
