Haha awesome reference and a good design. I like the nutrition facts on his arm ;D His lil weenie is offensive oh em gee think of the children! Haha the expression on his face is wonderful, he is quite disgruntled, lovely mustache. The text on him stands out a little much though, maybe make it a little greyer?

i can tone down the red, me thinks the weenie stays.

i have been thinking about putting a cane in his hand, but which one? The left may make it too symmetrical and the right too heavy....

the letters are really dificult to understand.
