I first wanted to have more detail. Gradient on the bird and colorful hearts leading up to the top of the shirt like bubbles would float.
During the process, it was suggested I leave it this way. I am not sure.
Also I was debating on vinyl or plastisol ink.

Adorable!! but id like to see the other version (the one with more detail). But i think you should stick with solid colors all throughout (no gradients).

I added bubbles and hearts, and brightened up the bird. I also thinned out the lines on the bird. Whadda think?

You design is cute! Is the bird swimming hence the bubbles?
The only thing i can think of is what uv already mentioned about the thinning of the lines on the bird. Other then that...great!
