Not quite ready to submit,and I was hoping for some feed back on things to improve. Also, I have a bit of a toss up over how to render the clouds...

I think yoo should add some pupils to the eye, they kind of freak me out without it. But otherwise its REALLY good.

I like the puffy clouds in the top shirt, but would make them the soft blue color. How about making the ribbons that same blue with the soft pink for the balloons. The blue eye distracts me a bit.

I also think the elephant needs pupils, he's on a great adventure, he should be able to see it.

Awww, it's like he's Dumbo's brother and wants to join in the fun!
