Doppler Shift - Light moves toward blue going away and toward red coming toward an observer. I've seen this myself and here's a drawing to prove it.

This isn't finished at all - just a sketch with a touch of color thrown in so I have less 'splainin to do.

there's something going wrong with the perspective, maybe rearrange the cars to get it right?

the perspective's not that off though, i like it the way it is

the perspective dosenīt work for me. otherwise you could keep it and play withe the angle of the street and position the cars new. the detail of the car in the front is what i like most.

I'm sorta confused, but it looks good, ilike the feel of it, just don't get the doppler doo-diddley
