Err... the colouring seems really messy, that's probably why people aren't voting for "Submit This"

You might want to master the basics of 'toshop to avoid the "messy, paint look" comment... It's not a software that one masters in a matter of minutes, so take it slow, experiement a bit, try to ahve a more "put together" image to present... |

It's really rough. Far too rough, and not showing any signs of being well drawn. There's no unifying idea, either.

i think the design needs to be cleaned up a lot. right now i don't see how it could be printed.
