I think you shold make the background (audience) darker, or less visible, to keep the focus on the boxing ring, also i think you should work on the envelopes design a bit.. mainly that corner thats bending is a little weak... Good start

the winner is facing forward, I just made it so which side the front is, is different for each one. So the characters wouldnt look the same. If you look on the screen you can see the winner is punching, so you can see its the front.

And I agree the illustrations look a little weak, but I really dont know what I can do to make them less... hmm. not less cartoon-ish, but less digital if you know what i mean...

I agree that the ref is backwards and the other 2 are facing the right way. You need to be consistent with them so not to confuse the audience. Easy fix would be to just make the ref match the winner.

I think it's obvious enough that theyre envelopes which was my initial concern, and thought process in having the ref with an address, so yeah I'll change it.

the ropes look too straight to be natural. Perhaps have them sag just slightly. Google image search some boxing rings to get an visual.

I like this a lot better without the screen up there. It's much too blocky, especially standing on its own like it is. If you some how included that more into the design, instead of it just being an addition to the top of the design, or nix it altogether it would make the image more balanced.
