I was playing with an old sub "Planet X," and found myself changing the position of the planets and thinking why not add music.

Yes, also influenced by that. It was a mix of ideas and inspirations.

I meant also influenced by God is a DJ, that is why I put the hands from Michelangelo's ceiling painting.

Do you not think the astronaut suit is too much for a central positioned design? Also too similar with other designs at threadless?

i really like this but the lines of the hands don't suit the rest of the image but i really like the use of the michelanglo's hands. keep at it

yeah - scratching would be cool!

Definely God is a DJ and He play´s us . I like it .

I'm going to work on it some more. Try out the hands in a scratching position.

very nice man, i dig it. I love the music flowing away into space. i think it would be cooler if the lines flowing away meshed better with the actual record. but keep it up man i love it.

You should think about glow in the dark inks. It would be awesome.

I'm thinking of adding superglow, so you can see the design in the dark. I saw a tee at threadless which you see during the day with white outline and at night in glow in the dark.

I'm pretty happy with this result now. Redrew all lines so that they are connected to record and form the five lines to create a music sheet.

The design should go off the shoulder.

Yes, I think the simple lines creates more space in the illustration. I just need to complete the astroid belt, and then submit it.

I corrected the all the lines in a vector program. Thickened, and the normal view is now grey line instead of white. And the over the shoulder is for glow-in-the-dark view...

Thanks Spiers. I nearly killed my hand as a result of fixing every line. But I'm glad I did that edit, it looks much better and cleaner.

Yes, the glow ink is a great touch. I like it.
