What about one of the ghosts as a doctor? Something makes me think I've seen a similar idea like this. Maybe Pac Man is too popular of a design?

Yeah Pac Man and pill have been used in a lot of shirts. Along time ago I had a shirt that read: "Computer games don't affect kids. If computer games affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching pills and listening to repetitive music."



I like the idea of a ghost doc, but not sure how to fit him in with out losing the dangle flow you have.
