just an idea i thought up today...

The text will eventually be hand drawn, here comes the yellow...

I like the simplicity of it, but the only thing that bothers me is how far the lines go to the left of the red columns. Meaning, the paper should have ended by there right? What if you stopped the lines going all the way across, put some circles in where the holes in the side are and draw a slightly jagged edge up the side where it has been torn out of a notebook or something. I fully understand though if you want to keep it as simple as possible though, that has to be one of its strengths. (Have you thought of submitting it as a typetee?)

thanks willami, that's something i had to think about too it looked ok when i tried no ink on the sleeves i'll post that and the non belt print one soon. I'll think about the jagged edge shadow too!

with doodle... this is just a quick version to see how a drawing would look on the tee.

That is starting to work really well... although a less-skileld doodle might ringer truer... and would prefer yellow "paper" still

I like the addition of the doodles, its a good idea though a design based on doodles was subbed recently so I don't know how you'd be able to avoid similarities. I like the idea of having it beltprinted over the whole tee though. Good luck with it though I don't know how well it'd do with that other design subbed so recently.

Thanks guys! You make a good point brentendo, not about the designs being similar but that i should probably focus more on the not-forgetting-to-take-notes concept instead of the doodle. Or make the text the doodle. I saw sonmi's design and they can definitely both co-exist.

i like it! its got alot of empty space you could be using i think... like maybe have some doodles drawn on the top and on the sides... i do that all the time =P

It's def. a cool design, but i like the direction you were going with v3 a lot more.
