I don't know if people would get it without the text. But you're right, you shouldn't have text in the design...

lol looks very nice but the problem is that the ant towards the right is like confusing, are they falling or are they crawling down?

It took me a while to get it, but once i did, i like it.

Added the force... What do you think? With or without the blue lightning?



The speech bubble is not in the final design.

I'd prefer there not be any weapons, or even have the ant so obviously Vader. We can get that it's Star Wars with the golf ball and an ant that it only subtly Vader. Also, there are no weapons used in that scene, only the threat of the Emperor's coming.

Hmmm that's a good point - I remember the scene, barely, but yes there was no light sabre... So was Vader never in the scene? I remember that he was... Dis he use the force?



Another question is... Should I stick to accuracy, or should I have a lightsabre cos lightsabres are cool?

I'd be going for no saber in this one - the saber and the lightning clash a little with the rest of the design.. Very cool though!

Naaah, drop the light sabre, the rest of the design is soo cooool

Tidied up the Golf ball, dropped the force lightning and the light sabre~ Generally stayed much the same. Didn't think the sabre hilt is even necessary :)

Force choke? It's Vader's thing. Also I think a golf tee made to look like a Star Destroyer would be cool in the background.

I subbed the previous version and it was rejected because Vader's helmet was too close for comfort - It's too prominent a trademark to use. So - here's the back of his head, what do you think? :)



I'd still stick with the green cos there's grass that's sitting around the golf ball!

Sucks that they didn't accept the original sub, but nvm the humour's still here and I think its a great tee

I like the second version the best. I have been rejected often but never given a reason why- did they actually mention that the helmet was the issue??? I would not think that the helmet is an issue as the design is not trying to replicate Star Wars or copy it but merely satirize it which I believe is permissable.
