That's always a tricky thing to say... And it's a real issue for me personally because I reall like to satarise popular culture, instead of "reference-less" concepts. I need a bit of a guideline to copyrighting too...

well i saw a print that had darth vader in it, and another one with dumbo and peter pan so you never know. I dont know about the 3 lines on his head idk if thats from the actual shows or not but they look kind of wierd. also this design needs a little more umf, something intresting to look at or an unexpected element.

I think they recently had a spork/spock design on shirt.woot recently. I could be wrong though. Just a heads up.

I've been seeing a lot of spork stuff up, didn't find any of them really interesting - and none of them were Spock, unless i totally missed something. Thanks for the heads up :)



Btw, does anyone know if they block copyright issues before it goes to scoring, or would they actually let it go through to scoring and then just ignore your design?

im sorry dude i keep not seeing what your trying to get at until sever versions later. this time i read the name more carfully and realized its a spork. it made it alot cooler. the main reason i didnt see the spork is because forks and sporks dont have such hard rectangles at the base of thier prongs.

i think this is great and i agree with keeping his uniform color. I like the texture it makes it more intresing. Big improvement from the square prongs I think its ready to submit.
