I like the second version better, but it feels like it's miisng something, I don't know what.

It could use music notes, maybe, or lines coming outward from the accordion... Something to add motion to the design.

where the hat is placed in relation to the instrument, it just seems odd to me. i don't know what could be done to make me like it more.. maybe loose the hat. but that would loose allot of the meaning than. shit.. sorry.
