I had this crazy idea about putting the beehive into a tee... and somehow I connected that to Einstein.
The idea is to show complexity and simplisty at the same time. I was thinking of doing a hidden layer in glow in the dark, which would highlight the E=mc2 which is already cropped in the beehive grid, and then also add other Einstein equations written all around the front of the tee in glow in the dark.
What do you think?
All medium to dark tees work with this design, including black.
I love this. I just wonder if Einsteins head could be even larger within the hexagon, so you would see more detail in the hexagonal pixels, but would still retain the simplicity. Means you would have to move the E=mc2 somewhere, if indeed you think it necessary at all. You could even print it in glow in over the top of Einsteins face?
Only a small picky thing, and not really part of the design, but when the animation shows a blank grid, some of the cells are connecting with others (the yellow wall is missing). Does that make sense? Is it supposed to be like that?
einstein = awesome , bees = awesome, then bees=einstein.
Although I can't support that theory in all honesty. Bee's make me flip out... which makes my design all that more ironic : http://www.threadless.com/critique/31097/B_Z
