Nice, also a fan of simple. Yeah I like it batter without the type. It makes it more interesting, like maybe he (or she) is hiding behind the tail, or stalking some prey. Keep up the good work.

I'm fond of simple too - but I think you could play with his/her expression, even if only in the eyes. Is he/she hiding and scared, or being coy and cheeky, or acting suspiciously? And why... perhaps we need a hint? I think there's a story behind this adorable character and perhaps you could tell it.
