I was playing around with this idea. the ghosts would be in either UV or (probably) Glow ink (so would only be one colour.



What do you think?

This is just the first colour idea, so I might play around more. Also- Henry or traditional upright???

I like the idea but I think you can remove the eyes from the vacuum, so that you "close" the concept...

the only thing i think you might run into once you size it up on a shirt is the amount of space it's taking, or space it's not using.

the design is very horizontal, maybe you wouldn't mind considering making the ghost shape much larger and have it twirling upwards and maybe over the vacuum and lady a bit.

I like henry, and your idea.

The only thing is that now the colour of henry draws all the attention to him first before you start to look at the rest of the image.

That might be your intention, but if it is not I would blend him in a bit by using similar colors to the rest of your design.

So took into account what you said- here it is developed, on a shirt. Same UV or glow options apply- or maybe just a plain colour print?

this looked a lot less pale when I was working on it^. not sure whats happened.

I think that it should be a plain color print (not UV) and I would try to make the ghosts a little bit more fluid.. but I don't know shit. I can't even tie my shoes.

The pale version was annoying me.... read the somment for the previous version- its the same for this.

I love her expression

The composition works much better on the shirt now, but the colors are not my taste (pinks and yellow) but that is a personal thing.

Maybe try a couple different tee colors.

the only thing i can think of to improve it is to add faces to some of the 'ghost shapes', like, angry/frightened faces from getting sucked up, as in your earlier ones. with the rework, it loses that association, and doens't go with the title. it's sort of reminiscent of a vacuum switched to reverse.

I like the Pandora's vacuum a lot! I tried faces but it somehow didn't suit it anymore.

I'm going to do a quick mock-up with ghost faces to see how it goes.

So I did some work on the faces- and I decided to only do a few of them, because of the white details. I think Its pretty much done now, if I put it on a shirt etc, is it good enough to submit?
