i dont know if candyland and clue are obvious, i didnt get it til i read it, esp since there is a wrench in operation too... all i really thought was "operation with weird things"... maybe think of different peices to use, like the rope (very distinct in clue) and something other than candyland, like chutes and ladders maybe? i think its a fun nostalgic idea but not getting across totally.

The wrench in operation i a different kind, but i guess your right if it doesn't convey my message...what about the candle stick? does that work better than the wrench?

Honestly, I think it might even be a good idea to just use the actual operation pieces. I didn't quite get some of the other game incorperations either. I like the idea, though. And I love how the tweasers wrap around the back.

i did a version thats regular, but it just seemed a bit boring to me... on the other hand, i have it all ready... do more people feel that way?

and how do you guys feel about the game pieces i chose? is it clear what they are?

I like the overall look. change it from the wrench to the rope or candle stick. I got all of the references.

For candy land, maybe one of the little gingerbread guys that you move would make a more recognizable reference? I really like the idea behind this!

Hey! i like it, but i didnt get the wrench and the candy stick references so i didnt understand it until you explained.

i changed the candle stick but i left the candy cane... i think its the more iconic than a gingerbread man for Candyland.. what do you think?

is the concept too complex?

the complexity makes it look polished, I like it a lot. as for Candyland, I think the only thing people will recognize is the board piece, the gingerbread man, makes more sense to me than the candy cane. It threw me off what your design was for a bit. I think this has a great chance of winning, it's definitely not too complex. Change the candy cane and submit!

Apart from the candyland one, which I have never come across, I get it all. Saying that I think even if you only get the operation and one other then it works. Very cool concept.

May seem like a silly question so sorry, but the texture in the design picture is not a printed its just the tee right?

If the broken heart is from operation, do you think that is overdoing the operation reference? If there are more board games that you could reference, the heart may be taking up a spot. I love the general idea of it. And

I think that since the game Operation has the openings in a rough outline of the shape (like you've done on the heart piece there), you should carry that over onto the other openings, like the Sorry piece.



Also, the Sorry piece isn't in the same style as the rest of the pieces. Keep it uniform!

what do you guys think of the snake and ladder? is it too busy? should i go back to the broken heart?

I like it! Concept is cool. I have a few suggestions though;



- make the placement a bit smaller

- t-shirt kelly green. Almost the same color as sugery suits

- have some surgery tools laying around on the shirt

- make the fleshpink boxes (where the game pieces are laying in) look like actual illustrated flesh.

- put the heart at the bottom and the boxcutted thing at the bottom should go in the hearts place. That way you have a more mixed look of cutting in the shirt

Appologies about the critique guidelines comment, I stand correct and I see the point.. I think I was basing it off of getting reamed myself in the submission comments.



Your design: I like it.. I actually like some of the object you had in your 1st versions better.. I liked the candy cane and the heart.. thats my opinion.

I think you could play around with the placement a bit more. Both of the interestingly-shaped boxes are at the top, while the rectangular ones are all below that. Mixing things up might make it more interesting to the eye.

I knew the game as Chutes and Ladders, so the snake confused me.

This is pretty cool.



The only thing that doesn't seem to fit is the snakes/ladders. It kinda doesn't go. Maybe you can replace it with dice since most of the games used them.

I also played Chutes and Ladders instead of Snakes, but I still got it, and prefer it over the broken heart. I think the candyland man is great now! I know the shapes are from the game, but I think modifying the shapes to match the objects would be good, and still get the point across. I also think smaller shapes would be better, and would prefer a different color shirt.

I like the size of the objects. But i agree that, even thought the shapes were actually from operation...maybe you should change them to match the objects a little bit more. And maybe you could try it on a different colored shirt.. I think you might benefit from changing the colors up a bit and putting is on a creme shirt.

The design is great but the pink of the shirt is really off-putting but I can't really explain why.

I think the metal around the pieces should form the shape of the pieces. Or do what you did with the heart and wish bone. It kind of thorws it off balance that some of them are operation shapes and the rest aren't. Other than that, I love it!

Stick with operation stuff.
