A new colored version.

I'm still not happy with the shape of that thoughtbubble, I'll change that in the next version.

Re: the thought balloon, I think you could make it up of bigger circles that fit the shape of the action in the bubble...



Also, the placing isn't quite right - I think you could have the bubble lower and further to the right of the baby godzilla.



Also, the colouring doesn't best show off the illustration. I think you should use black or a much darker blue to do the lines on the drawing.

its ready for submission! it looks great.. i actually really like the shape of the thought bubble.. i dont think you should change that. dont make the thought bubble boring. maybe very subtle tones on the tanks/planes/destruction..?

for some reason the texture youve created for small godzilla makes me think some kind of disease more than scales

I think I am getting there

the bubble still looks kinda white to me

maybe some tinkering with the shape& placement.

and maybe some pink on the planes/tanks.

I still think your very first thought bubble was the best one.



And the colours are a bit too neony for me for this particular piece. I think this would be better achieved with more realistic shading and colours.



And if you filled the thought bubble more and made the bubble bigger.



But, I'm picky.

I find all these comments very interesting & helpful.

I see godzilla as a slightly darker green, not so lurid. How about having a few more things being destroyed in the bubble? Buildings and such.



I'd try putting the little godzilla in the corner and making the think bubble bigger and in the middle. Also, try it on other colours than blue. It jumps out a bit too much on blue.



The expression on the little guy is great. Perfect for the design. Just a few minor adjustments would have this looking tip-top.

This one has tons of potential and the execution is on its way to being exactly right.

Just some colorcorrections.

made the green less fluorescent

lighter blue for shadow & eyes

and a diffrent color for the tee.

Maybe add a shadow on the floor of the top image. I think it will help to get more higher score.

But I don't like how the thanks at the bottom of the thought bubble are getting cropped or are very near the edge.



I suggest making the thought bubble a little larger at the bottom so that the tanks are well within it. Then maybe have one or two that is cropped.

alright, it's great, but when I first saw this I thought it would be great, if it was just a normal lizard wishing it could be godzilla, just in the fashion of "big dreams", idk, once again it's great as is, but that was just my 2 cents
