So here is v5. Thanks for all the critiques everyone!

v5.1 Erased some lines added some to give shape to the woman's neck a.k.a. make her a little bit more obvious.

v5.2 To make it "less simple" I thought about flipping her to make an abstract symetrical image (appealing ish...tell me what you think)

v5.3 Then to further this concept I kept the "happy colored" one and flipped it to "darker colors" .....good vs. evil....nice vs. not so nice...you get the picture.

Thanks again everyone!!!!

this is good...but i feel you should play more with colours including tee colour...also do away with the three lines at the bottom left which will make the face more identifiable...good design though!

also looks better without flipping

thanks for the comment...but I want to add one more note...

PLEASE READ BELOW EVERYONE!!!!!

My intentions are to make this somewhat of a mystery...can you see her? I want it to be interactive...some people say they can see it right away and some can't see it at all...this is very interesting to me. Mystery and simplicity...this is definately what I'm going for...thanks again and keep critiquing this thing!!!!

Think v5.2 is definitely more mysterious. It took me a second to make out figure of the female image. The first image that came through for me was the face of a goat at the center where the two mirrored images meet. Not that that is bad...I like it.

I quite like this. It's fun to see what other things I can find in the image. I feel though that it seems a tad boxed in though.

i think this could be a really good design, but i think it needs a little more. i looked at the older versions and like 3.3 the best. i think there needs to be more variation in line weight to add interest and let viewers recognize the face faster... when they are all the same it kind of gets lost for too long and people may just think it's a shirt with elbow macaroni... i do like the idea of having to look harder for it though -- very good idea. good luck!

critique mine?

I think this design lacks a flow. I read that you are going to expand the hair so it doesn't look so boxed in, which will help a lot. What if the hair flowed down, under, and back up in front of the woman to make that line-field in a sort of spiraling direction. That could be very effective.

Also, the mirrored images don't work, in my opinion. I think a right alignment will work really well with this as long as you don't try to fill up the entire shirt. If the design occupies the top-right third of the shirt, I think that would be very effective.
