love the detail- it takes a few to find "hoot"... but i think that's a good thing when it comes to making an eye-catching design

I adore this. I was wondering how it was going to sit on the shirt, as on your flickr its cut off... it looks amazing. Normally I have constructive criticism to give. I'm sorry this time I don't.

If I had to nitpick I would say: is he flying? Is that why you cant see his feet? Maybe if one (both?) of his wings were spread, it would give the impression he was flying more?

Yeah, he's kind of gliding down from a tree (do owls even do that?) and has his wings by his side for added aerodynamics. In reality it's just a wacky image with no real meaning or purpose :)

This is beautiful I'm a big fan of anything with a sense of movement. I agree with what's been said about different color options. I kind of feel that since the subject is an owl a nice option would be a black tee with white ink, which I think would go well with feathers.

Have you thought about doing a belt print and extending random cluster of feathers on to the back? I feel like that would add a nice detail and more continuity and shape to your design.

Green on mint and Navy on silver options printed with metallic foil (ala Labels 1984 Gran Hermano vs. El Liberal).

The Charcoal on white is printed with flock ink.

I dont think the dark gray shirt with the lighter gray ink works that well. It makes the face of the owl look strange, I think its the inverted eyes that does it for me. I also like the lighter color for the area around the eyes, seems more appealing to me. The strongest colors are the Navy on silver and the charcoal on white. Green isn't my favorite color, but it still works. It took me a couple of seconds to get the second "O" and the "T". Maybe add a little more to the arm of the "T" and make the "O" a little more curved on the bottom. Right now it kind of looks like a "V". Really nice illustration, I really like how it goes up into the neck and shoulder.

Yeah i'm not a big fan of the dark grey/light grey combo. I do like the mint/green one though, but you're right the navy/silver scheme seems to be the most popular.

As for the O looking like a V, I may have to fiddle around with it a little, or possibly the placement (place it lower on the tee)
The thing is, this image wasn't designed initially designed for a tee but i decided to slap it on one anyway

Is there a bit of a blue gradient on the bottom left one? I like that.. but personally on white it would push my buttons more! :)

I think it's just the layer mask i used to get the metallic effect (which shows up more on the green version, and at a larger size then displayed here)

yeah, kill the noise was better when it was just 'kill', but no one wanted to wear a tee with the word kill on it and a gun-hand gesture.

I really like the illustration, this is something I would wear. Just two small things:
1. The owl comes too close to the bottom of the shirt, it almost becomes a tangent, I would consider raising him up a bit.
2. The second "o" looked like a "v" to me at first, it took me a second to figure out what that word was. Maybe rounding out the "o"s a bit more at the bottom would help.

I swear Im going to shut up after this.. the folds on the shirt make it look a bit like it says "HOVE".. Even though we know it doesnt. Just cause of the way the fabric is wrinkled in those particular places it looks a bit like that. Maybe.

Ditto the O looking like a V, but other than that, this is a really neat design. Very nice.

One thing though - I wasn't as confused with the "O" looking like a "V", but the lower case "t" got me. It seems a bit off with what looks to be 3 capital letters and 1 lower case. Maybe a "T" instead of "t"? Or maybe it's just my dyslexic mind playing tricks on me again...

I like the one that appears to be blue but i know isn't the gray one would look really nice on a hoodie.
