agree with the sleeve might come off as another icecream accident..
on the right eye you might want to thin the stroke weight a couple points.. its scale change is alittle too dramatic from the other eye.
watch for small inconsistencies in rendering*

Cute. Bring the design down a little on the shirt. The sleeve looks fine. I didn't mistake it as an ice cream cone. Awesome.

Try to color the eyes, lips of the girl differ from the color of the BG. Make it orange.

changed the cloud a bit, might revert back to previous version if not get good response.

I like this one alot better then the other ones. I am sorry i am not a big help and idk what you can do to this :/ SORRY. but I can honestly say it is looking better. Just mess around with it some more and post it up.

Yeah sinwon, sorry for my vagueness. Normally I try to give more helpful advice. I'll try to reiterate in a clearer way:
Can I think of anything to change? No. It's pretty much perfect to me.
Does that mean you should submit it? Nope. Maybe there's something you could improve.
I'd say 100% keep the cloud the way it is; it looks great. Also the new colors on her face are better looking, so keep those.
Maybe add shadows on the ground, if you've got a color left? That'd give it an environment~

i'll see what i can do regarding the background. i might end up not doing it because i cant see how i can improve the whole design by adding one, but well, i'll think for a while, perhaps i might come up with something :)

I meant like, adding a shadow on the implied ground, one for the girl, and one for the cloud. That might help unify the piece more (it's already really unified, but the shadows might add something else!)
And that was just an idea to see how it'd look, I still think it looks great without 'em.

i don't really think it needs a shadow though..you might try it to see how it looks but i like it the way it is now

I would need to see the placement a little closer but it has the cartoony look that everyone loves on a shirt and I would buy this for some one it's a pretty funny concept. Maybe give the girl a shadow???
